What to include when contacting support

Providing the right information upfront helps resolve your issue faster:
  • Your Binance UID (do not share API keys)
  • A clear description of the issue or question
  • Relevant screenshots or log output
  • Proof of payment, if your inquiry is about a license top-up
The unCoded team will never contact you proactively asking you to top up your license or transfer funds. Only use the official payment methods documented in License system. If someone claiming to be from the team asks you for a direct payment, it is a scam.
